This qualitative study considers learning within the Pākehā Treaty Workers’ movement. It specifically focuses on what influences movement members learning about the practice of working with Māori activists and how this learning is shared within the movement. The intention of the research is to contribute to capability building in the Pākehā Treaty Workers’ movement through deepening knowledge relating to learning in this movement; to contribute to the literature in the field of learning in social movements; and, to contribute to an emerging body of work within development studies which focuses on facilitating learning in social change.
