Equity Matters course

This 3 hour course is an introduction to the concept of ‘equity’ and its implications for practice. It is available for organisations to host. Hosts provide the venue and a cup of tea for participants. There is no charge for facilitation or resources.

The main purposes are to:

increase understanding of what the concept does and doesn’t include
identify strategies for promoting equity

This course covers what equity is; why is it important; how to identify issues of equity and how to respond to these in an organisation.
